This academy was created with one goal in mind: to recognize, celebrate, and strengthen the essential work that you do every day. From managing front offices and navigating technology, to supporting families and helping students in moments of need—you are the glue that holds our school communities together.
Throughout today, you’ll have the opportunity to attend breakout sessions on a variety of topics—exploring new tools, sharpening your customer service skills, learning ways to de-escalate tense situations, and picking up tips and tricks that will make your job easier and more efficient.
